Women in transition find their way here

You can be disciplined, consistent, and still feel disconnected from your body.
MAYBE
You're at the very beginning and want to build a real foundation, not guess your way through YouTube videos.
MAYBE
You've been practicing for years and something essential has stopped moving. You've outgrown what group classes can offer, and need more individual support.
OR SIMPLY
Life changed you. Burnout, heartbreak, stress, travel, loss of confidence. A body that suddenly feels unfamiliar.
Wherever you are — come as you are. Through movement, we rebuild the relationship with yourself, your body, and the way you move through life.
What's included
More than just movement
Private sessions (60 min) adapted to your goals
Support, communication and tips between sessions
A structured plan built around your body and level
Clear, honest, supportive guidance on the mat
Session recordings to revisit anytime
The way I work
Your body knows what's next.
We start there together.
I start with listening to your body, your history, and what's been holding and what's ready to shift.
Whether you're a complete beginner, or an experienced practitioner working through a deep pattern, the approach is the same: honest, precise, and built around you.
The body adapts, protects, compensates, resists, opens, and remembers. Instead of fighting that, we learn to understand it.
01 Observe before correcting
Understand how your body currently moves, compensates, and protects itself. The body is already communicating, we learn to listen.
02 Meet your patterns
Small technical changes unlock major shifts. Mobility, strength, breath, and confidence are deeply connected. This leads to freedom in your movement.
03 Create sustainable intesity
Challenge matters. Constantly pushing harder without taking a break, disconnects you from the body. Recovery supports your growth.
04 Develop self-trust
The goal of 1:1 coaching is learning how to understand and work with your body on your own, in your own space, long-term.
"The deepest thing my practice taught me was how to regulate intensity in stillness, slow down, and finally listen to my body."
This is for you if
You're tired of abandoning yourself.
You're brand new to movement and want to start properly — with a real teacher, not alone.
You're returning after a long break, and your body feels unfamiliar to you.
You've been practicing for years, but feel stuck in your actual practice.
You're in a life transition, or in between identities, and you need something you can hold onto.
You're done with surface-level practice and want to understand what's actually happening in your body.
You want movement that supports your nervous system instead of overstimulating it, so you can trust your body fully.
You're ready to learn how to listen to your own needs, how to set boundaries, and how to know what you really want.

The Coaching Program - private yoga classes have given me a completely different experience compared to group classes.
Simona and I work mainly on backbends and inversions, and the sessions are truly tailored to me. Her guidance is precise, and she patiently explains every movement and breath.
I feel that I’m genuinely progressing and understanding what I’m doing. With her support, I’ve been able to enter poses I wouldn’t have dared to try on my own.
I would definitely recommend private sessions to anyone who wants to explore yoga more deeply.

Who you're working with

For years, I lived disconnected from myself and my body. I kept ending up in unhealthy and chaotic environments, constant overstimulation, and confusing intensity with feeling alive.
Asana practice changed that slowly. Especially Ashtanga Vinyasa. It became the place where I learned how to regulate intensity in stillness, slow down, listen, and finally build self-trust.
Movementum was born from that shift. This work is here to support you through change, reconnect them to their body, and build stronger boundaries, awareness, and self-trust through movement.
