Who Am I

Movement has always been my essence. From gymnastics and dance to strength training, movement has been my way of expressing myself and understanding life.

 

But it was yoga that taught me what real strength means, not in the body, but in presence, patience, and self-trust.

 

I’m a yoga mentor with a background in sports, marketing, and self-development. I love working with people, moving, travelling, asking questions, learning, and living.

​

I’ve practiced and studied across India, Nepal, Bali, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Europe — each place deepening my understanding that yoga is not something you do; it’s something you live.

What I do

Through Movementum, I create spaces that combine the ancient roots and spirituality of yoga with my personal experience of modern movement and leadership.

 

My work includes online classes, 1:1 mentoring, and a community of practitioners who grow together through shared curiosity, discipline, and play.

 

My purpose is to help people reconnect with their body’s intelligence, rebuild confidence, and live with clarity and courage.

 

Because that’s our natural state ~ everything else is conditioning shaped by culture, trauma, or the past.

 

I believe yoga should challenge and comfort you at once. Powerful, yet deeply human.

The Story Behind Movementum

​Movementum is the embodiment of everything I learned:

  • Strength can be gentle.

  • Emotions are valid.

  • Boundaries are sacred.

 

I know what it feels like to lose your direction, your confidence, your connection to truth — and what it takes to come home again.

 

That’s why I teach.
